This would be the wire used to hard wire your vehicle as long as is has standard wiring.
4 way Wishbone Harnesses
These would be the harnesses used to rewire a standard trailer up to 30 feet. They are called wishbone harnesses because of the two brown (running) wires to go down each side of the trailer. We carry the harnesses in 15', 20', 25' and 30' harnesses.
5 way Wishbone Harness
This harness is for heavier boat trailers with hydraulic brakes. There are still two browns to have running lights down both sides of the trailer, but also a blue wire that connects with the back-up lights to let the trailer know to release the brakes so that the brakes unlock properly and smoothly.
7 way Blade Vehicle end
This is now the most common receptacle for factory prepped vehicles. There are many adapter to go down from this particular plug, making it quite universal.
7 way Blade Vehicle End
The 7 way plug on the trailer allows for a charge line, brakes and back up lights. These are standard on most tandem axle trailers.
7 way Round Pin Vehicle End
This plug is used for heavy duty towing most often and is usually installed on dump trucks, stake trucks and box vans.

Bearing Buddy's
This popular item is used to add grease to hubs between repacking the bearings. The zirc fitting on the cap allows you to put in grease with a grease gun to freshen (not replace) the grease.
Break Away Battery
12 Volt battery that usually goes into some type of charger or break away kit to protect the trailer and others from further damage if the Break Away is pulled out. This will activate the brakes and slow down the trailer automatically.
Break Away Cable
The actual cable that plugs into the break away switch and when pulled out activates the brakes. This must be attached to the vehicle along with the chains.
Break Away Switch
This is a safety feature and must be wired up to a battery on the trailer. This switch activates the brakes when the pin is pulled as long as the battery is good.

Caster Wheels
Wheels that attach to the bottom of the jack through a specific notch or pin through the metal tube which is able to swivel on top of the jack wheel.

Couplers
Whether it be straight, A-Frame, Hydraulic or Disc, the coupler is the mechanism located at the front of the tongue of your trailer. This mechanism is extremely important as it connects the trailer to the tow vehicle's ball. The hydraulic and Disc braking couplers are more involved and are the form by which the brakes are activated or deactivated while towing.
D-Rings
D-Rings are sold in bolt down form, flush mounted bolt down form and weld on form. The strength and integrity of the D-ring is based on the rating for the D-ring itself and the way in which it is mounted to the trailer.

Hub Drums
Hub Drums are made for trailers with brakes. The standard hub for #3500 axle is the 5 on 4 1/2" bolt pattern with a 10" diameter. We also have a 6 lug hub with the 10" diameter. For heavier duty trailers there are the 6 lug 12" hub and the 8 lug 12" hub.
Hydraulic Backing Plates
The standard 10" Hydraulic backing plate. This is the complete backing plate replacement. This is the part of the brake axle that fluid flows to, to actuate the wheel cylinder and the hydraulic brakes.
Hydraulic Free-Backing Plate
This type of Hydraulic Backing plate allows for the elimination of the use of the back up light to release the brakes. Free-backing plates are able to form this function on their own.

Single Axle Fenders
Fenders are an absolute must for any trailer, they are required by law. We sell a variety of steel fenders that may be welded on, bolted on, or attached with brackets. We have fenders for each size tire. Also, we sell jeep style, round style, round style including the back and galvanized.
Springs: Double eye and Slipper
Springs are the suspension system on trailers that are no torsion axles. It is best to stay with the same rating as the axle for the springs. The springs' function are to flex and prevent the axle from doing so. If a larger spring is put on, you run the chance of the springs being too strong and the axle bending or breaking from the springs not taking the weight as they should. We sell every standard double eye spring along with a variety of slipper springs.
